Christina turned 17 this year.  She is a senior at Saline High School and is looking forward to graduation. Christina was recently a bridesmaid at one of her best friend's wedding.  Unfortunately, we don't have any pictures from the wedding to include here. Christina has been bringing home straight A's on her report cards.  We are very proud of her!

Matt is now a teenager!  He is in his second year at Saline Middle School.  Matt has two Ann Arbor News routes and bought himself a computer.  His interest in computers seems to be heading in the direction of digital photography.  A digital camera tops his Christmas list this year.

The big event in Thomas's 2004 came near the end of year.  Thomas bought a dirt bike!  He saved money all year from his paper routes.  He has it at his Dad's house where there are many places to ride and he has friends to ride with.  Brenda and I were nervous about him getting the dirt bike but he is a good rider and plays it safe.

Brenda and I had another busy year. Brenda spent time up North with my parents again this year.  She is looking forward to going up again soon.  Brenda has been busy with crafts and projects around the house.  She also helps the boys with their paper routes.  Brenda and I really like to walk Lucy to "dog park" when we can and enjoy watching movies together when we get a chance.

I had a particularly interesting 2004.  I took a little side-job this summer with a friend of mine.  We put a new roof on my bosses house.  The interesting part about that is I HATE roofs!  I've always had a fear of heights.  The things I'll do for money!  Because of weather and other complications that arose, it took much longer than expected.  I am now officially retired from roofing and I still hate roofs!  I am still walking for exercise daily.  It helps take my mind off of the fact there is no hockey this year.  Things get a little ugly around here when there should be a game on.  Just ask Brenda!

Lucy (a.k.a Lou) had another good year.  She still loves walks to the Dog Park just down the street from our house.  She did get attacked by a pit bull there over Memorial weekend but came away with just minor injuries.  She also has a good time tearing the stuffing out of her toys and sleeping on top of Brenda whenever possible.  She gets teased often about being a "Daddy's Girl."

Santabeagle wishes you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
